1. Curry leaves
Curry leaves are widely used in Indian kitchen for tempering and chutney. Fiber, vitamins and antioxidant compounds are found in it. Including it in food increases the taste of food and also adds nutrients to the diet. It can be easily included in dal, vegetable, poha or chutney.
2. Basil
Tulsi has been traditionally used in Indian homes. Its leaves contain bioactive compounds and antioxidants found in many plants. Tulsi can be added to tea or other foods in limited quantities.
3. Mint
Mint is known for its freshness and fragrance. Its leaves are used in salads, chutneys and beverages. Some natural compounds present in mint can be useful for the digestive system and also make food tasty.
4. Fenugreek
Fiber, vitamins and minerals are found in fenugreek leaves. It can be used in fenugreek vegetable, paratha or dal. Fiber-rich food can help keep the stomach full for a longer period of time and be a part of a balanced diet.
