CBSE Class 12 Supplementary Results 2026: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the results for the Class 12 supplementary examination 2026. Students who appeared for the supplementary exam can now view their results by visiting the DigiLocker Results Portal. According to the notification issued by the board, a total of 2,91,576 students registered for the Class 12 supplementary exam 2026, out of which 2,75,287 candidates appeared for the test.
Data released by the board indicates that 1,11,056 students took the exam under the 'Improvement' category, while 1,64,231 candidates belonged to the 'Compartment' category. Here is how you can check your result...
It is worth noting that 53.08 percent of students passed the compartment exam this year. In contrast, the pass percentage for the compartment category was 38.36% last year (2025); this is considered a significant improvement compared to the previous year.
How to check the result
CBSE has advised students to log in to the DigiLocker Results Portal, enter the required details, and download their scorecards to view their results.
Supplementary exams are conducted for students who could not pass one or more subjects in the main examination, providing them with another opportunity to improve their marks.
