Bigg Boss Malayalam 8: First Teaser Out; Host Mohanlal Declares Himself the 'King Maker'

Yes! Just as fans expected, the first promo of Bigg Boss Malayalam 8 is out. The short teaser features none other than superstar host Mohanlal announcing the launch of the eighth season of the show.
The 80-second video begins with the actor driving to a deserted place described as a library, where he searches for a book. He eventually picks up Chanakya's Arthashastra. He then delivers a powerful line about a king and his virtues. However, the teaser reaches its biggest moment when the actor declares that he is not the king, but the king maker.
Interestingly, Mohanlal is seen in his much-loved shirt-and-mundu attire, paired with his recent trendy moustache look. Undoubtedly, the king maker is set to create a buzz this time as well.
Soon after the teaser was released, fans expressed their excitement about welcoming the new season. Earlier, the makers had unveiled another teaser featuring the host announcing Agnipariksha , a pre-show introducing commoner contestants to the season.
According to the buzz, Bigg Boss Malayalam 8 is expected to premiere in the first week of September. Agnipariksha, the pre-show, is expected to go on air in the second week of August.
Interestingly, this time, along with Malayalam, Bigg Boss will have a grand launch in five other languages as well. The Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Bengali versions of Bigg Boss are also expected to launch in September.
