Christopher Nolan gets furious on the Odyssey’s first assistant director

Matt Damon has unveiled a rare incident where he saw director Christopher Nolan getting angry on set.

The 55-year-old, who recently starred in Nolan’s Greek epic The Odysseyshared some on-set moments.

During a promotional interview, the Oppenheimer actor recalled a moment when he saw the Oscar-winning director lose his cool in a rare moment.

Matt was surprised to see him get angry as he had never seen Chris like that often.

The Jason Bourne star recalled, “There was a moment where our first assistant director… gave background artists the opposite direction of what Chris wanted… Chris Just went, “Come on man, this is hard.”

He further added, “I’d never heard our leader admit it out loud… because part of it is that he makes it look like it’s not hard. That is a form of leadership.”

Nolan is very keen and professional when it comes to him making movies. He puts everything in a project to make it shine in theatres.

His filmography includes massive films like The Dark Knight, Oppenheimer, Interstellar, Dunkirkand now The Odyssey.

Based on Homer’s poem, the epic drama is the first ever film in Hollywood to be shot entirely on IMAX.

The film features Matt along with Anne Hathaway, Tom Holland, Zendaya and Robert Pattinson.
