New Delhi. In the last few years, many such cases of heart attack have been seen all over the world which have surprised even the experts in medical science. So diabetes is also a slow poison for humans. If proper care is not taken then the person suffers from many other diseases. Therefore, continuous research is being done across the country regarding diabetes.
Let us tell you that many young and healthy people also became victims of heart attacks in such a way that people did not expect it. In this context, America-based American Heart Association has said in a report that less sleep or lack of it is now officially a risk factor for heart and diseases.

Getting less sleep is like inviting a heart attack.

In fact, the American Heart Association has mentioned seven factors linked to sleep, which include physical activity, nicotine exposure, diet, weight, blood glucose, cholesterol and blood pressure. These are the factors that go into evaluating any person for heart disease. In this episode, it was told that getting less sleep is like inviting a heart attack.

Sleeping less than six hours is very dangerous

This report has been explained in detail on the official website of the American Heart Association. Research has shown that people who sleep less than six hours a night have an increased risk of obesity, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and poor mental and cognitive health. Donald M. Lloyd Jones, president of the association, said sleep affects overall health and that people with healthy sleep patterns avoid things like weight, blood pressure or the like.

In one of its reports, the Indian Express quoted Mumbai-based cardiologist Dr. Brian Pinto as saying that for decades I have observed that people who do not sleep for at least seven hours a day have a higher risk of heart attack. His stock advice to patients is to sleep more than seven hours but less than eight hours a day.

Diabetes in 50 percent patients

Diabetes is a slow poison. If proper care is not taken then the person suffers from many other diseases.
Therefore, continuous research is being done on diabetes across the country. In this context, a study has revealed that 50 percent of the people who suffer from heart attack already have diabetes.
