There was a huge fight between two parties over a land dispute in Koda village of Rajnagar police station area. During this period, the matter escalated so much that along with the use of sticks, open firing was also done. The police has taken huge action in this sensational incident. Police have arrested Shaligram Garg, brother of Peethadhishwar Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri of Bageshwar Dham and one of his associates Ankit Mishra. After this incident, there has been panic in the entire area and heavy police force has been deployed.

Bullets and fighting in land dispute

This entire incident is said to have happened on Tuesday afternoon. People from two sides came face to face over possession of a piece of land in Koda village. Within no time, abuses started from both sides and the dispute took a violent turn. It is alleged that during this time Shaligram Garg and his associates attacked the other party. In this incident of fighting and firing, a person named Motilal Kushwaha was seriously injured by the bullet.

Injured youth referred to Gwalior

The injured person was immediately taken to the district hospital for treatment, but considering his critical condition, the doctors referred him to Gwalior for better treatment. The victim’s family alleges that Shaligram Garg along with his associates had carried out this attack with the intention of capturing the land.

Big action by police administration

As soon as information about the incident was received, there was panic in the police department. Police teams immediately reached the spot and handled the matter. In this case, the police have registered a case against a total of four people, including three named and one unknown accused. Confirming the matter, Additional SP Aditya Patle said that the police took immediate action and arrested Shaligram Garg and Ankit Mishra. Along with this, the police has also taken into custody the dangerous weapon used in the crime. Police officials say that to catch the remaining accused, different police teams are continuously raiding the possible hideouts and they too will be caught very soon.
