The country’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer Hero Motocorp is very close to launching its much-awaited Hero Karizma XMR 250 in India. After being showcased at the EICMA 2024 held in Milan and then the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, the final production-ready model of this premium sports bike has now been spotted testing on the roads without any cover (camouflage). Leaked pictures are becoming increasingly viral on the internet.

The design is equipped with aggressive sporty look and winglets
It is clear from the leaked pictures that the final model of the new-gen Hero Karizma XMR 250 has been kept very close to its concept version. It has been seen on the roads in a strong black color scheme, which is further enhancing its sporty stance. Talking about the front profile, it has projector LED headlamps with a large windscreen. Very aggressive looking twin LED DRLs (Daytime Running Lights) have been added on either side. The most eye-catching elements are the aerodynamic winglets on the fairing and the sleek looking LED turn indicators, giving it a proper race-machine look.
Target and engine specifications
When will it hit the streets and what will be the impact?
Being seen running on the roads without a cover simply means that the development and testing phase of the bike has been completed. Now the company is preparing to flag off its production. Auto experts believe that Hero Motocorp can officially launch it in the Indian market at the beginning of the coming festive season. After coming into the market, this bike is going to have direct competition with established motorcycles like Suzuki Gixxer SF 250, KTM RC 200 and Bajaj Pulsar RS200.
