National President of Samajwadi Advocate Sabha and advocate Krishna Kanhaiya Pal told IANS that along with being a member of Samajwadi Party’s frontal organization Samajwadi Advocate Sabha, he is working on a senior position in the organization.
He said that if Nishikant Dubey is raising the question of how he was personally insulted, then he should take advice from his legal experts on this subject.
Pal claims that the MP later apologized to him personally but on the other hand, on the social media platform
Advocate Pal alleged that Nishikant Dubey also made comments regarding his identity, especially his dignity as an advocate, following which he sent a defamation notice through his lawyer. He said that this matter is not only to personal honor but also to the respect of political workers and democratic values.
He said in his statement that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, himself and Akhilesh Yadav all come from backward classes. The political struggle of SP chief Akhilesh Yadav is to protect the values of the Indian Constitution and social justice. Krishna Kanhaiya Pal said that the law is equal for everyone and if the reputation of any person or organization is hurt, it is the right of every citizen to take legal action against it.
