The glory of Vaibhav Suryavanshi can soon be seen in Nepal. Actually, India-A team is going to tour the neighboring country in December. Nepal Cricket Association (CAN) has confirmed this. CAN tweeted on Friday (July 10) that Nepal will host the India A team in the 3-match T20 series. The series was confirmed after talks between CAN and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) during the ICC conference in Scotland.
What is the schedule of the series?
The tour of India A team will start on 9 December. After this, the second T20 match will be held on 11 December. As per the schedule, the series will conclude on December 13. All the matches will be played at Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground, Kirtipur.
This series is going to be very special for Nepal cricket. The senior Indian team does not have to play any match in this window. In such a situation, many star players including Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Tilak Verma will be seen playing on Nepali soil, which will strengthen CAN in taking cricket forward there.
