Among those arrested, two hail from Azamgarh in Uttar Pradesh, while one is a resident of Delhi. According to police reports, these individuals were plotting a significant crime in the city, specifically planning a murder. The Rohini District police received intelligence about their movements, which led to their capture.

They were set to execute their plans in Delhi based on instructions from foreign handlers.
