RRC NCR Vacancy 2026: The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) of North Central Railway (NCR) has issued a notification for apprentice recruitment. Through this recruitment drive, training will be provided for a total of 1,853 apprentice positions across various trades for the year 2026-27. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online within the stipulated period.

Who can apply?
Candidates applying for this recruitment must have passed the 10th (Matriculation) examination from a recognized board with at least 50% marks. However, candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) categories are exempted from this minimum marks requirement.

Additionally, candidates must possess an ITI certificate (recognized by NCVT or SCVT) or a National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the relevant trade. Candidates without a valid ITI certificate will not be eligible for this recruitment.

What are the age limit rules?
The minimum age for candidates applying for the RRC NCR Apprentice Recruitment 2026 is set at 15 years, and the maximum age at 24 years.
Candidates belonging to reserved categories will receive age relaxation in accordance with government regulations.
Candidates from Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories will be granted a relaxation of 5 years in the maximum age limit.
Candidates belonging to the Other Backward Classes (OBC) category will receive a relaxation of 3 years.

What is the application fee?
