This chatbot developed by the National Health Authority (NHA) is completely secure and is directly connected to the digital system of the scheme through API technology.

According to the Health Ministry, through this chatbot you can not only make a new card but can also complete many other important tasks in a jiffy. You can check your eligibility, complete e-KYC, link your card to Aadhaar and even lock or unlock the card if needed.
Not only this, services to ‘Ayushman Vayo Vandana Card’ for senior citizens above 70 years of age are also available here. You can view your treatment history, find nearby hospitals, and lodge complaints as well as give feedback on the services you receive from the hospital. Its main objective is to make government services transparent and accessible to the common citizen.
