According to the notification issued by UPPRPB, the Physical Standard Test and Document Verification process for Homeguard posts will commence on July 13 and conclude on August 6, 2026. August 7 has been reserved for the DV and PST.

**Steps to download the admit card**
To download the UP Homeguard DV PST Admit Card 2026, visit the official website, uppbpb.gov.in.

On the website's homepage, click on the active link for the admit card.

Next, candidates must enter their login credentials (registration number, date of birth) and submit the details.

Once the information is submitted, the admit card will appear on the screen, from where it can be downloaded.

**Physical Standards**
Male candidates must have a minimum height of 168 cm. Their chest measurement should be 79 cm (unexpanded) and 84 cm (expanded). For Scheduled Tribe candidates, the minimum height requirement is 160 cm, and the chest measurement should be 77 cm (unexpanded) and 82 cm (expanded). Female candidates must have a minimum height of 152 cm; for Scheduled Tribe candidates, the minimum height is set at 147 cm. Female candidates must have a minimum weight of 40 kg.
