This new Android tablet is a rebranded version of the recently launched iQOO Pad 5c, with basically the same specifications. Equipped with premium metal body and powerful processor, this tablet has been launched in three different storage variants and three color options. This new tablet from Vivo has a 12.1-inch display, which supports 2.8K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. For better performance, the company has used powerful Snapdragon chipset in it. On the storage front, the tablet comes with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage support, which makes multitasking and heavy gaming easier.
For photography and video calling, an 8-megapixel single rear camera is provided on the back panel of the tablet. The biggest attraction of this device is its large 10,000mAh battery, which is capable of providing backup for long periods of time. This tablet works on the company’s custom skin based on out-of-the-box Android.

Vivo Pad 5c has been launched in China in three configurations, whose estimated prices in Indian Rupees are as follows:
- 8GB RAM + 128GB storage (Base model): Its price has been kept at CNY 2,699, which is approximately Rs 37,000 in Indian currency.
- 8GB RAM + 256GB Storage: The price of this mid-variant has been set at CNY 2,999, which is approximately equivalent to Rs 41,000.
- 12GB RAM + 256GB Storage (Top Model): This premium variant has been introduced at CNY 3,499, whose Indian price comes to around Rs 47,000.
Its impact and availability on the Indian market
Currently, the company has introduced this tablet only in the domestic market of China. However, looking at Vivo’s past record, it is expected that this device can soon be launched in the Indian market as well. With this price, it is expected to compete directly with tablets from Xiaomi and OnePlus in the premium Android tablet segment in India.
