‘Can’t give bail…’ Asaram did not get relief from Supreme Court! | Asaram S Bail Plea Supreme Court Denies Relief

Asaram, who is serving life imprisonment in the case of raping a minor, has not received any relief from the Supreme Court at present. While hearing his bail plea, the court clearly said that relief can be considered only in case of serious medical condition. The Supreme Court has sought a reply from the Rajasthan government within two weeks. Earlier, Rajasthan High Court had also upheld Asaram's life imprisonment. Despite citing his age above 80 years and several diseases, the court said that bail cannot be granted only on the basis of age and health.
