According to the weather forecast, the maximum temperature in Delhi today can reach around 40 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature is expected to be around 29 degrees Celsius. The humidity level will remain around 60 percent, due to which people may have to face sticky heat. The sky will be partly clear in the morning, but as the day progresses, cloud movement will increase. Thunderstorm with rain may occur during the afternoon and evening.

Although no major weather alert has been issued for Delhi for June 28, the situation may become serious in the coming days. Warnings have also been issued of strong winds (40–50 km/h), lightning and light to moderate rain around June 30. Therefore, people are advised not to go out unnecessarily in the afternoon. Stay away from open places during lightning strikes. Do not stand under trees and electric poles.

According to the Meteorological Department, continuous thunderstorms and rains may continue in Delhi from June 29 to July 3. The temperature will gradually drop and the weather may become somewhat relieving.
