However, that is not the case; you must visit the gas agency to get a duplicate passbook issued. That said, you *can* retrieve essential details—such as your consumer ID—online, which simplifies the subsequent steps of the process.

1. To do this, first visit the official MyLPG website.
2. Select the option corresponding to your gas company (e.g., Bharat Gas, Indane, or HP).
3. Next, choose the "Find Your LPG ID" option.
4. Enter your registered mobile number or Aadhaar card number.
5. Once verified, your 17-digit LPG ID and consumer number will appear on the screen. Carry the necessary documents with you.

To apply, you will need photocopies of certain essential documents, such as:

PAN card
Voter ID
Driving license
Identity proof
Aadhaar card
Electricity bill

Do not forget to carry these documents with you. The agency will examine them and verify your records in the system. Subsequently, you are required to pay a fee of up to ₹100. Once the fee is paid, you will be issued a duplicate passbook.
