New Delhi, 25 June 2026: FIFA World Cup knockout stages At the FIFA World Cup, Morocco advanced to the knockout stage after defeating Haiti 4–2. Moroccan Achraf Hakimi was declared player of the match for recording a goal and an assist.
Meanwhile, Vinicius Junior scored two goals as Brazil defeated Scotland 3-0. With this victory, Brazil entered the knockout stage by topping Group C.
In other matches, Bosnia-Herzegovina defeated Qatar 3–1 to knock them out of the tournament, while Switzerland beat Canada 2–1 to top Group B. Meanwhile, Canada was also successful in reaching the knockout stage of the World Cup for the first time.
