Green leafy vegetables:
Green leafy vegetables are very popular in daily diet. But do not consume green leafy vegetables at all after the onset of monsoon season. Oily or spicy foods should not be included in the diet after the onset of monsoon season. Consuming these foods is likely to increase fat in the body.
