Lucknow, 22 June. Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati said that amidst the preparations for the upcoming assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, the inclination of the Brahmin community and other upper castes is rapidly moving towards BSP, due to which the uneasiness is clearly visible in the opposition parties, especially the Samajwadi Party. He said that like 2007, this time also with the support of Brahmin community, BSP can reach the position of forming a government with full majority, because the upper caste community has the most confidence in the policies and leadership of BSP.

BSP chief and former Chief Minister Mayawati has written on social media platform Like the year 2007, it seems natural that BSP will form a government with full majority with the contribution of Brahmin community, given the possibility of repeat of the upcoming election results this time.

Former Chief Minister Mayawati said that anyway it is well known that in a state with a huge population like UP, especially among the upper caste, ‘the interest of the Brahmin community is safe only in BSP’. Bahujan Samaj Party has proved BSP’s principle, intention and policy of ‘Sarvajan Hitaya and Sarvajan Sukhay’ by first implementing them at the party level and then by giving them full respect and respect at every level along with forming the government, whereas in the governments of other parties, people of this class have been feeling neglected, insecure and cheated for a long time.

BSP chief Mayawati said that not only this but ‘keeping in mind their readiness to join BSP on the basis of social brotherhood by the Brahmin community, the process of making them party candidates is going on and they also have faith in the Iron Lady leadership of BSP that if the BSP government is formed, they will definitely be given full respect at every level like before, which is the reason for their real concern and turning away from other parties.

He said that along with this, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas etc. and people of other communities from the upper caste will also be made candidates in the elections on the basis of their preparation to join BSP i.e. ‘Whoever prepares, participates as much’, preparation for which is going on continuously at every level. He said that like other parties, BSP does not do narrow and selfish politics of giving ‘lollipops’ to some people, but considers it as its constitutional duty to worry about the interest and welfare of the entire society. That is why the policies and programs of BSP are best for the country and the public in terms of public interest and welfare, crime control and law and order.
