Star Singer: Vaisakhan grabs his 10th Golden Star with 'Devasabhathalam'

In the recent episode, contestant Vaisakhan kick-started the Road to Finale round with the evergreen Malayalam semi-classical song ' Devasabhathalam '. The singer, known for his flair in handling the genre, left everyone, including singer Sreenivas, floored with his exceptional singing. From the clarity in the sangathis to his composed approach to the song, the performance was truly a masterpiece. Soon after the performance, the whole stage, including judges, co-contestants and viewers, was seen giving a standing ovation to Vaishakan . Undoubtedly, the singer also grabbed his 10th Golden Star in the show.
"My eyes welled up. What confidence! You were so calm and composed throughout the performance. I don't know how you did it; you brilliantly executed it," singer and celebrity judge Sreenivas said.
The singer also praised K. J. Yesudas and Raveendran Master for creating such an out-of-this-world song.
"From start to finish, you were so clear about what you were going to sing. None of the detailing came as a fluke. I am also wondering how you did this with the utmost calmness. Loved your approach," singer and judge Sithara Krishnakumar said.
Vaisakhan is one of the much-loved singers in the lot. The contestant is widely loved for his renditions of both semi-classical and melody songs.
