In celebration of International Yoga Day, Paras Public School held an impressive yoga event on its premises, uniting students, educators, and school management in a collective pursuit of health and wellness.
The event featured the presence of School Director Mahesh Chandra Katoch and Principal Neelam Rana, who actively participated alongside faculty and students in the yoga session. Guided by yoga instructor Anshu Sharma, attendees engaged in various poses such as Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Bhujangasana, Vajrasana, and practiced breathing techniques including Pranayama and Anulom-Vilom. The session was centered around the mantra “Do Yoga, Stay Healthy.”
During her speech, Principal Neelam Rana emphasized the significance of yoga as a priceless aspect of Indian heritage, highlighting its advantages for physical, mental, and spiritual health. Teacher Renu Sharma also spoke on the vital role of yoga, motivating everyone to incorporate it into their daily routines for a healthier lifestyle.
This successful event not only enhanced awareness of yoga among students but also reinforced the importance of maintaining a balanced and healthy life.
