This time India is going to celebrate the 12th International Yoga Day and its theme has been kept as ‘Yoga for healthy old age’. where will the event take place
Let us tell you, its main national program will be organized at Brigade Ground in Kolkata, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi will do yoga with the countrymen at 6 in the morning, after which various programs of Yoga Day will start across the country. Due to this, from 7 am to 7:45 am, lakhs of people will practice yoga together under the common yoga protocol.
From Red Fort to Har Ki Pauri
Special preparations have also been made to connect the historical and cultural heritage of the country on the occasion of Yoga Day. Due to this, special yoga sessions will be organized at prestigious places like Red Fort in Delhi, Har Ki Pauri in Haridwar, Konark Sun Temple in Odisha, Gateway of India in Mumbai and Nalanda Mahavihar in Bihar. Through these events, efforts are being made to bring India’s cultural heritage and ancient health traditions on one platform. In Rishikesh, special events will be organized keeping women empowerment at the center, while in Mysuru, emphasis will be laid on traditional yoga methods.
