Materials:
- Papad
- Oil
- Asafoetida
- cumin
- Green chillies
- Turmeric
- Red chillies
- garam masala
- water
- salt
- Coriander
- Garlic
- curd

Action:
- To make papad bhaji, first of all, fry the udi papad on gas. While roasting papads, the gas should be kept low, otherwise the papads will get burnt.
- Heat oil in a pan. After roasting cumin seeds, asafoetida and mustard seeds in hot oil, add garlic, green chilli paste and fry them.
- After roasting the thecha, add turmeric, red chilli, garam masala, salt to taste and cook the spices on low flame.
- Then add a spoonful of water and roast the spices. Then add curd to it and mix well.
- After the curd water has completely evaporated, add medium sized roasted papad and mix it.
- After cooking the papad on low flame for 5 minutes, add finely chopped coriander and mix.
- Rajasthani style crispy papad bhaji is ready.
