Mumbai/Jodhpur: The upcoming film ‘Kala Heeran’, which is said to be inspired by Bollywood’s ‘Sultan’ Salman Khan and his controversial life, is currently creating a huge uproar from the film industry to the legal circles. Ever since the official announcement of the film, shocking controversies are emerging regarding it.

In fact, the main character of the film, its story and background are completely similar to Salman Khan’s infamous black buck poaching case of 1998 and the current gangster Lawrence Bishnoi controversy. The limit was reached when in the first poster of the film, the lead actor was shown wearing the same turquoise stone bracelet that Salman Khan always wears on his hand. As soon as the poster came out, Salman Khan’s legal team took immediate action and filed a petition in the court against the filmmakers and demanded a complete ban on the release of the film. Meanwhile, the film’s producer Amit Jani has claimed that he is continuously receiving death threats from the underworld and foreign numbers due to making the film. Now, on all these controversies, the director of the film has taken a very aggressive stance and issued his first and biggest statement.

“There is no patent for the bracelet…” the director cornered Salman Khan

The film’s director Bharat S Shrinate recently spoke openly about the story of the film and the bracelet controversy in a very frank interview given to the media channel ‘News 18’. Taking aim at Salman Khan’s objection, he said, “The bracelet shown in the poster is not a patented thing. If Salman Khan feels that only he can wear this kind of bracelet in the whole world, then he should get it legally patented. After getting the patent, this bracelet should not be sold in any market or shop in the world.”

The director further clarified, “I vehemently reject that our film or its lead character is based on the life of superstar Salman Khan. Our character is not Salman Khan, it is a normal cinematic film made just for entertainment.”

“I can’t change my actor’s appearance, it’s just a coincidence.”

During the interview, when director Bharat S Shrinet was asked why the lead actor of the film looked exactly like Salman Khan, he called it just a coincidence. He argued, “In the Bollywood film ‘Thackeray’, famous actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui played the historical character of late leader Balasaheb Thackeray. To make him look like Bal Thackeray, experts used heavy prosthetics and make-up. But in our film we have not adopted any such trick. The lead actor of our film has a natural and natural resemblance to Salman Khan.”

He further said in a very harsh tone, “Now I cannot change the real appearance of my actor. Just to please people, I could not even apply prosthetic make-up to make him look like a different person. Now what can we do in this? If a particular person is having so much trouble with the natural appearance of our actor, then what should I say on this absurd thing?”

Expressing his deep disappointment over the court proceedings and legal notices, the director said, “Salman Khan is not a god. He is not my godfather in the film industry. He can neither forcibly stop me from working nor can he make or break my film career. Ultimately, the future and importance of any film is decided by the audience of the country. Many people from our entire team have put in the hard work of blood and sweat to make this film. And now that the film is ready. “, then suddenly we have been served a legal notice and a conspiracy is being hatched to stop the release of the film. In such an environment, any creative filmmaker feels very bad.”

Big stand of Delhi High Court: Clear refusal to impose immediate stay, next hearing on July 1

Amidst this entire film drama, Salman Khan has not got any immediate relief from the vacation bench of Delhi High Court. The court has clearly refused to impose an immediate interim stay on Salman Khan’s petition, which demanded a ban on the release of the film.

According to a latest legal report of ‘Live Law’, the bench of Justice Madhu Jain hearing the case has given strict instructions to Salman Khan’s legal team that they should first hand over all the necessary documents to this case and copies of the petition to the filmmakers, so that they can prepare their written reply within the ambit of the law. The High Court has now fixed July 1 for the next hearing of this high-profile case.

Let us tell you that in his petition, Salman Khan has demanded a complete ban on the title, promo and release of the film ‘Kala Heeran: The Battle for Legacy’. Salman Khan’s main allegation is that the film is being made without his written or oral permission, deliberately to cash in on the sensitive controversies to his 1998 old blackbuck poaching case and the recent one involving gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, which may harm his social image.

Producer Amit Jani’s sensational allegation: Threats of ‘throat slitting’ are coming from Pakistan

A new and dangerous angle was added to this entire matter when the film’s producer Amit Jani came in front of the media and made sensational revelations. Amit Jani claims that for the last few days, he has been continuously receiving terrible death threats from Pakistani codes and numbers. The producer has made direct and serious allegations and said that all these threats are being given to him allegedly at the behest of Salman Khan.

An FIR (case) has been registered in Ratanada police station of Jodhpur city of Rajasthan on Thursday regarding this serious matter. Ratanada police station officer Dinesh Lakhawat told the media that on the basis of the written complaint of Amit Jani, the police immediately registered a case and started investigation. Amit Jani has been given death threats over phone and message and has been clearly told that he should immediately withdraw completely from this controversial movie project, otherwise the consequences will be bad.

“I have been facing threats of petrol bombs and beheading for two years”

Amid security concerns, Amit Jani has also released a video statement on social media, in which his pain and anger are clearly visible. In the video, Amit Jani said, “For the last two years, I have been continuously receiving threats on social media and over the phone to cut my throat, kill me, blow up my house and eliminate me by throwing petrol bombs on the set. I once again want to make it clear to the entire world that I am not a member of any underworld or Lawrence Gang. I am a law-abiding respectable citizen of India.”

He further said, “Today everyone in the country and the world is openly making films on terrorists and gangsters like Dawood. My subject is like this, I cannot write romantic songs like ‘Baharon Phool Barsao’ nor can I make family and love-story films like ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ or ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’. My cinema is always based on real and bitter subjects. Proclaimed terrorists like Shehzad Bhatti People are trying to scare me.”

Amit Jani, directly targeting Salman Khan, asked at the end of the video, “Why is superstar Salman Khan playing on two fronts simultaneously? I have already received threats of being thrown into the sea and being chopped alive. Salman Khan is scaring me with his huge fan following and using the internet toolkit. I have full suspicion that Pakistani terrorist Shahzad Bhatti is continuously threatening me and my film team at the behest of Salman Khan.” But we are not afraid and will fight our battle through law.”
