Chicken sticky rice, mixed pho, and vermicelli with meatballs are priced similarly, while chicken giblets cost VND110,000-210,000 a plate.
The most expensive item on the menu is boneless chicken at VND355,000-560,000 a plate.
The restaurant also serves beef pho with stir-fried beef for VND130,000 a bowl, chicken or beef rice for VND160,000 a portion, and stir-fried beef dishes at VND165,000-265,000.
Explaining the prices, Huyen says many customers are surprised at first but agree they are appropriate for the quality, size, and service after trying the food.
She says the restaurant targets diners willing to pay for a premium experience.
