Flight service started from Noida International Airport, Jewar: CM said – Annadata farmers have invaluable contribution

Lucknow. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the state is continuously touching the heights of development. Chief Minister Yogi fulfilled his promise, due to which the first flight left for Lucknow from Noida International Airport on Monday, which became an emotional and historic moment for the farmers. The most special thing about this flight was that the farmers who had given their land for the construction of the airport were also aboard as passengers. Happiness, pride and emotion were clearly visible on the faces of the farmers who landed at Lucknow’s Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that he heartily welcomes and congratulates the Annadata farmers and citizens of ‘Jewar’ who came to Lucknow by the first flight from Noida International Airport! Also said, today is a historic day for Jewar, district Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh and the aviation sector of the country. The first commercial flight has started today from India’s most promising ‘Noida International Airport’. Behind this historic achievement is the visionary thinking of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the invaluable contribution of the Annadata farmers of Jewar.

Also said, Noida International Airport is also going to develop as India’s first Cargo and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) centre. Now farmers of the entire state including Western Uttar Pradesh will grow grains, fruits and vegetables and will be able to transport them to global markets through cargo facility. Jewelery will become the focal point of this facility. He further said, five prestigious universities of the world are coming to set up their respective campuses in Gautam Buddha Nagar area. Today this area is witnessing a new change. The future of the coming generations here is going to be better.

The Chief Minister said that, YEIDA has taken forward the process of setting up a Center of Excellence in Gautam Buddha Nagar district in collaboration with TATA at a cost of about ₹ 225 crore. This center will provide new opportunities to the youth through training, certificate, diploma and degree courses in modern technology. This will give impetus to skill development, create skilled human resources as per the needs of the industries and along with investment, new employment opportunities will also be created.
