Vivekananda Hospital at Bhadra has received an important support for the expansion of health services and development of modern medical facilities. Vivekananda Swasthya Seva Samiti has been provided generous financial assistance of Rs 7 lakh for the construction and strengthening of Gyno OT (Gynecology Operation Theatre).
This support was provided by Mrs. Gayatri Devi Luhariwala, wife of late Mr. Inder Chand Ji Luhariwala, her son Mr. Sandeep Bansal (Luhariwala), grandson Mr. Aditya Bansal (Chartered Accountant) and Mr. Avinash Bansal (Engineer). Presently this family resides in Delhi, while their origin is from Bhadra.
According to the committee, Shri Ashok ji Luhariwala and senior member of Vivekananda Health Service Committee Shri Nandlal ji Luhariwala have played an important role in inspiring this service-oriented work and making it successful. Due to their efforts, this cooperation could reach the hospital, which will help in providing better health facilities to the women of the area.
Chairman of Vivekananda Health Service Committee, Shri Vikas Shroff expressed his gratitude to the donors and said that health services can be further strengthened only with the cooperation of the society. He said that this contribution will not only be helpful in the development of the hospital but will also play an important role in providing quality medical services to the needy patients.
Shri Vikas Shroff said that the Samiti family expresses its heartfelt gratitude to the donors and supporters and wishes them good health, happiness, prosperity and long life. He expressed confidence that other people of the society will also be inspired by such service-oriented initiatives and contribute towards public welfare.
It is noteworthy that Vivekananda Hospital is playing an important role in the field of health services in Bhadra region and from time to time, medical facilities are being expanded with the cooperation of the society. This support received for Gyno OT will prove helpful in further improving women’s health treatment and surgical facilities.
