4. Jaggery
Jaggery is considered a traditional and effective home remedy. It contains good amount of iron, which helps in removing anemia. Consuming a small amount of jaggery after meals can be beneficial.
5. Apple
Apple is also considered an iron-rich fruit, which helps in maintaining hemoglobin levels in the body. The habit of eating an apple daily is beneficial for health.
