1. Material: First of all, you will need 6 boiled potatoes, coriander leaves, green chillies, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, salt as per taste, bread slices, green chutney, gram flour, celery, garam masala powder, asafoetida powder and oil for frying.

2. Recipe: First of all boil 6 potatoes. Then add 5 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp dry mango powder and salt as per taste and mix well. In a separate bowl, add 6 cups gram flour, 1 teaspoon celery, 2 teaspoons red chili powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala powder, a pinch of asafoetida and salt as per taste. Now prepare a solution by adding water as required. After this, add a few drops of oil in it and keep it aside.

Now cut the bread slices. Apply green chutney on one side of the cut bread and fill it with potato mixture. Then close it by adding another bread slice. Heat oil in a pan. After this, dip the bread slices in gram flour solution and fry them until they become golden and crisp. After frying, keep them on absorbent paper. Your Aloo Bread Pakoda is ready.
