When did Kohli get hurt?
Virat was last seen playing in the final of IPL 2026, where he made RCB the champion for the second time by playing an unbeaten match-winning inning of 75 runs. During the match, he was seen taking treatment from the physio on the field. There are speculations that he got injured during the same match or later during practice. After IPL, Virat also went to Vrindavan to visit Premanand Maharaj.
Suspense on Rohit’s fitness also
Kohli, who has retired from Test and T20, now plays only ODI format, so his exit is a big shock. Kohli had scored 675 runs in 16 matches of this IPL season. The problem is not only about Kohli, there are questions on the fitness of Rohit Sharma also. Rohit played as an impact player in the last matches of IPL. In such a situation, the fitness of senior players before the Afghanistan series has raised lines of concern on the forehead of the selectors.
