French girl gang-raped in front of her children. The High Court of Pakistan upheld the death sentence of two convicted youths. The Lahore High Court on Wednesday rejected their plea for bail.
The incident happened in 2020. The victim had come to visit Pakistan with her two children. On the night of September 11, she was driving to Gujranwala province over Lahore with her two children. While passing through the Lahore highway, his car ran out of fuel. The young woman immediately called her husband and told her about her danger. Then, as suggested by her husband, she called the police and asked for help. But, before the police arrived, the two youths appeared there. Then he broke the window of the car and took the young woman out and gang-raped her in front of her two children. Although this brutal incident continued for quite some time, no police patrol van was seen. Meanwhile, after satisfying their perverted lust, the miscreants fled with the young woman’s three ATM cards, money and jewelry.
However, the escape did not last. They were caught by the police. Their names are Abid Ali and Shafqat Ali. Both confessed their guilt before the magistrate. Based on the evidence, in March 2021, the Pakistan Anti-Terrorism Court sentenced the two youths to death. Challenging that order, they approached the Lahore High Court. But they hit there too. The High Court of Pakistan rejected their plea on Wednesday.
