There was a problem in the service of Claude AI on the afternoon of June 2. The company has said that the matter has been escalated. Engineers are busy fixing it. Due to the problem in Claude AI service, the app, website and chatbot service has been affected. Users are facing problems in using them. Anthropic has confirmed that several Cloud platforms are affected by this issue and that it is being fixed.

The problem with Claude AI was first detected when users received the error of Failed Response. After this it was taking more time to load the response. After this, many users started reporting this on social media platforms and Downdetector. In India too, a total of 200 people have so far reported problems with Claude AI. Most of the users were facing problem in accessing Claude Chat.

Users reported on social media platforms that they were having trouble accessing Claude AI, Claude Console, Claude API and Claude Code tools. Anthropic later, looking at the problem being faced by the users, said that the company is investigating the matter and this problem will be resolved soon.
