How to make delicious Mango Rasmalai

First of all, mash the paneer thoroughly with hands for 8 to 10 minutes, so that it becomes completely soft and smooth. After this, divide the cheese into equal parts, make small balls and flatten them slightly.

Now add water, sugar and crushed cardamom in a vessel and boil it. When the water starts boiling, add the prepared paneer tikkis in it. Cover the vessel and cook on medium flame for 10 to 12 minutes. After cooking, these balls will swell and become soft. Keep them aside to cool.

On the other hand, boil milk in a pan and cook on low flame till it thickens slightly. Now add saffron milk, sugar and dry fruits to it. When the milk cools completely, add mango puree to it and mix well.

After this, press the rasgullas gently to remove excess water and put them in mango milk. Leave them there for some time so that they absorb the taste of mango properly.

serving method

Keep the Rasmalai in the refrigerator to cool for 3 to 4 hours. Before serving, garnish with mango pieces, almonds and pistachios. The taste of cool Mango Rasmalai will win everyone’s heart in summer.

Keep these things in mind

  • It is important to knead the paneer well, only then the rasmalai will become soft.
  • Always mix mango puree only after the milk cools down.
  • Do not thicken the milk too much, its texture should remain light creamy.
  • Use sweet and ripe mangoes for better taste.
