Materials:
- Onion
- red pepper
- Garlic cloves
- Roasted peanuts
- salt
- White mole
- tamarind
- Oil

Action:
- To make dry onion chutney, first of all, peel the onion and chop the onion vertically.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry till it turns red. Remove from the pan after the onion is fried until crispy.
- Add garlic, red chillies, curry leaves, white sesame seeds and roasted peanuts to the remaining oil and fry on low flame. This will remove the rawness of the spices.
- Keep all the ingredients to cool. After cooling, add onion, roasted spices, tamarind and salt to taste in a mixer bowl.
- While grinding the onion chutney, do not add any water to it, otherwise the chutney is likely to spoil. Dry chutney keeps well for a month.
