Xiaomi Smartphone Launched: Tech company Xiaomi has launched two new smartphones in its 17 series in Europe. Which includes Xiaomi 17T and Xiaomi 17T Pro. Xiaomi 17T will be launched in India on June 4. So no information has been shared yet about when the 17T Pro will be launched in India. The company has launched both its new smartphones in the premium segment.

Xiaomi 17T and Xiaomi 17T Pro price in Europe

The Xiaomi 17T is priced at 749 Euros which is around Rs 83,400 in Europe and the Xiaomi 17T Pro is priced at 899 Euros which is around Rs 1,00,000. Xiaomi 17T features and specifications

The camera of Xiaomi 17T is the highlight of the device. This smartphone has a triple rear camera setup. That includes a 50MP Light Fusion 800 main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide lens and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom. Compared to the more expensive Xiaomi 17 and 17 Ultra, the Xiaomi 17T’s telephoto lens zoom is higher. With this, users can expect sharper long-range shots, better portrait photography and flexible framing options in different lighting conditions.

Apart from this the camera setup supports the ‘Leica Complete Camera System’ and offers a focal range of 15mm to 115mm with its 0.6x to 5x optical zoom. To attract smartphone photographers, the company has also provided creative shooting modes like Silhouette, Flame and Fireworks in this phone. The front side of the smartphone has a 32MP sensor for selfies and video calling. For video recording, the Xiaomi 17T supports 4K 60fps HDR 10 recording with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).

The new smartphone launched by the company is powered by the MediaTek Dimension 8500 Ultra chipset, paired with Xiaomi’s Surge T1 Plus and T1S chips. The company has also provided a 3D Ice Loop cooling system in this device, which helps in maintaining stable performance during long gaming sessions, recording 4K videos or multitasking. Apart from this, the company claims that the handset supports Astro communication. This provides offline connectivity up to 1.3 km in select areas.

The handset features a 6.59-inch AMOLED display, which supports 1.5K resolution, HDR 10+ support, Dolby Vision, 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut, 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3,500 nits. The device packs a 6,500mAh silicon-carbon battery, which supports 67W fast charging. Talking about the software, the smartphone runs on HyperOS 3 based on Android 16 out-of-the-box, which offers many ecosystem-focused features. These include iPhone integration, AirPods support and Xiaomi’s improved Hyper Island feature.

The Xiaomi 17T Pro model is powered by a MediaTek Dementia 9500 processor. The smartphone features a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, making this device an attractive option for mobile gamers. The device is powered by a 7,000mAh battery with 100W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging support.

The camera setup of the Xiaomi 17T Pro is the same as the regular Xiaomi 17T, with a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide lens and a 50MP 5x telephoto lens. However, Xiaomi has replaced the primary sensor in the Pro model with the flagship Lite Fusion 950, which is the same sensor used in the Xiaomi 17. Other features of the smartphone are somewhat similar to the Xiaomi 17T. Which includes water and dust resistant design with IP68/IP69 rating, square camera design and flat edges.
