UP Police SI DV, PST Dates: The UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has announced the next phase of the Sub-Inspector recruitment examination. The dates for the upcoming Document Verification (DV) and Physical Standard Test (PST)—scheduled as the next stage—have been declared. According to the official schedule released by the Board, these tests will be conducted for the eligible candidates shortlisted in the written examination:

**Provision for a Reserve Day**
According to the official notice issued by the UP Police Recruitment Board, the Document Verification and PST will be conducted on June 15 and 16. However, the Board has also designated June 17 as a reserve day. This ensures that if there is a high volume of candidates or if other administrative requirements arise, the entire process can be completed smoothly and without any interruptions.

**Examination Held on March 14 and 15**

The written examination for the SI recruitment was conducted on March 14 and 15, 2026. The results for this examination were recently declared on May 7, 2026. Only those candidates who have successfully cleared the written examination will be eligible to participate in this Physical Standard Test and Document Verification process.

**What are the Physical Standards?**

The Physical Standard Test (PST) is strictly qualifying in nature; however, it is mandatory to meet the prescribed standards.
For male candidates belonging to the General, OBC, and SC categories, the minimum height must be 168 cm. Additionally, the chest measurement must be 79 cm (unexpanded) and 84 cm (expanded).
For male candidates belonging to the ST category, a minimum height of 160 cm is mandatory, along with a chest measurement of 77 cm (unexpanded) and 82 cm (expanded).
For female candidates (General/OBC/SC categories), the minimum height must be 152 cm, and the minimum weight must be 40 kg. For female candidates belonging to the ST category, the minimum height is 147 cm, and the minimum weight is 40 kg.
