Materials:
- milk
- Vinegar
- sugar
- water

Action:
- To make rasgulla first, heat milk in a pan. After the milk comes to a boil, turn off the heat.
- Mix some water and vinegar in a bowl and add it to the boiled milk and mix it.
- Stir the milk well. After that, pour the prepared mixture on a cotton cloth and remove the water completely from it. After that keep the lump of milk under tight things for some time.
- After that, take a lump of milk in a plate and gently knead it to break the lumps completely and if the mixture seems thin, add a spoonful of flour and mix it well.
- Take water in a pan, add a bowl of sugar and make a paste. Make small balls of the milk mixture.
- Put the prepared balls in a similar pan and cook properly for 10 to 15 minutes. After that remove the rasgullas cooked in sugar
- Remove the water from it and keep it soaked in sugar paste for some time.
- Delicious sweet rasgullas made in a simple way are ready.
