Kosambari Salad Kosambari is a traditional salad made in Karnataka in South India which is very nutritious. In this, wet moong dal, finely chopped cucumber, grated carrot, fresh coconut, green coriander, green chilli, lemon juice are added. Heat some oil and add mustard seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves to it. Just before serving, add pomegranate seeds and salt to it and serve. (Image: funfoodandfrolic/insta)
