This time Vidushi has fulfilled her dream of starting her own clinic. But while setting up her own business, she faces financial stress, daily responsibilities and personal insecurities. During these struggles, her friends and patients stand firmly by her side.

Karishma Singh, Aaron Arjun Kaul, Kunal Thakur, Vibha Chibber and Shruti Seth will be seen in important roles in this season. The serial is directed by Himali Shah. Amogh Dusad said that the overwhelming response to the first season inspired him to continue the story. “This season attempts to show the struggles of Dr. Vidushi’s personal and professional life more intimately. Our focus is on entertaining as well as presenting stories that create an emotional connection with the audience,” he said.
