Lucknow. Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav has strongly attacked the BJP government on the controversial question of Varanasi Hindu University (BHU). Said that now questions are being asked whose answers are being sought more in TV debates than in the examination hall. Akhilesh Yadav sarcastically said that crooked questions being asked in a prestigious institute like BHU is not a coincidence but a well-thought-out strategy. His allegation was that first an atmosphere is created, then controversy arises and finally the question is asked to the public whether the country is in danger or not? He said that the dream institute of Madan Mohan Malaviya has now been made a laboratory of ideology.

Regarding the uproar over the question to “Brahminist patriarchy” in the BHU question paper, Akhilesh targeted the BJP and said that now less examinations are being conducted and more practical classes on social equations are being conducted. On the other hand, Brahmin Mahasabha is calling it an insult to a particular community, while political parties are looking at it from their own perspective. Overall the question was one, but the whole politics came out in the answers. SP chief also cornered the government on NEET paper leak. He said that now NEET means less National Eligibility cum Entrance Test and more ‘Nationally Engineered Exam Leak Test’. Akhilesh said that the future of lakhs of students and their families is at stake, but the government’s concern seems to be limited only to the press conference.

Attacking inflation, he asked as to what achievement gas cylinders, petrol and diesel are being made expensive. He sarcastically said, “The pockets of the public are becoming lighter and the government is increasing the weight of achievements. Even on the falling value of the rupee, Akhilesh said sarcastically that the rupee is no longer a ladder of development, but has taken the elevator to the underworld. He asked the government what is the ‘immortal goal’ of the fall of the rupee. At present, politics in the country has reached such a situation where the exam question paper, the price of petrol and the value of the rupee are all issues for the opposition and for the government. Circumstances: Now the public is just trying to understand from which department the next controversy is going to come.
