From now on, you will not be able to send money from all numbers like Google Pay, Paytm. This rule is being changed. The new rule is being implemented due to financial fraud and problems caused by it.

These new rules have been brought for cyber security. Know which numbers you will not be able to send money. You cannot send money through UPI from long or passive numbers.

Change phone number

If you have changed your phone number and have not updated this new number to the bank, then you may face difficulties. UPI transactions are being discontinued from such numbers. The new number or changed number will have to be updated to the bank.

If you have not recharged

If you have not recharged your mobile phone for a long time, it will be closed. It is easy to hack such numbers. Therefore, this new rule is now being implemented to prevent financial fraud and cybercrime from them.

Is your number in the blocked list?

If there is a UPI transaction block, you will get a notification from the bank. As soon as you get a notification or message from the bank, you should update your number in the bank. If the phone number with UPI ID has not been used for a long time, then send a phone or message from it and activate it again. Update the phone number with UPI ID. Change the old pin and add a new pin.
