Probationary Officer (PO) Recruitment 2024: The State Bank of India (SBI) has published the 2024–2025 PO recruitment announcement. The official release states that today, December 27, marks the start of the SBI PO 2025 registration process. Interested and eligible candidates may visit SBI’s official website, sbi.co.in, to submit the SBI PO 2024 application form.

SBI PO Hiring 2024: The Selection Procedure
Preliminary, primary, and psychometric examinations are the three steps in the SBI PO 2024 selection process. The preliminary exam for SBI PO 2024 is scheduled for March 8 and 15. In the third or fourth week of February 2025, the call letters for the SBI PO preliminary exam will be distributed. In April or May 2025, the SBI PO 2024 Main test will be held. Phase 3 (interview and group exercise) and main exam scores will be used to create the SBI PO 2024 final merit list.

SBI PO Hiring 2024: Cost of Applications
Applicants must submit an application fee in order to continue with the SBI PO recruitment 2024 registration procedure. The required payment is Rs 750 for candidates who are members of the General, Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS). The SBI PO 2024 application cost is waived for candidates who belong to a Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe, or Person with Disabilities.

SBI PO Hiring 2024: Initial Test
There will be objective-style questions on the SBI PO 2024 preliminary test. The 100 questions will be broken down into three categories: reasoning ability, quantitative aptitude, and English language. An hour is allotted for the SBI PO 2024 preliminary exam. A total of 100 marks will be awarded for the SBI PO 2024 preliminary test. One-fourth of the total points will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Main Exam for SBI PO Recruitment 2024
The objective and descriptive exams make up the two sections of the SBI PO 2024 main exam. There are 200 marks in the SBI PO 2024 primary objective exam. The test will cover a number of topics, including general awareness, economics, banking knowledge, data analysis and interpretation, reasoning and computer skills, and English language proficiency. The main objection paper for SBI PO 2024 would be worth 200 marks in total. Three hours are spent on the paper. In the SBI PO mains 2024 test, one-fourth of the points will be deducted for each wrong response.

The 50-mark SBI PO 2024 Main descriptive paper will evaluate students’ English language proficiency and communication skills. The 30-minute paper will be worth 50 points.

SBI PO Recruitment 2024: Interview, group activities, and psychometric exam
A psychometric exam is the third and last step in the SBI PO 2024 selection process. This exam evaluates the candidate’s behavior, personality, and psychological fit.

– Group activities: These 20-point exercises assess an applicant’s capacity for teamwork, leadership, and effective communication of ideas during problem-solving or group discussions.

Personal interview: This 30-point test evaluates the candidate’s knowledge, self-assurance, communication abilities, and general suitability for the position.
