Rules have been issued by UIDAI
Let us tell you that in this regard, a list of rules has been issued by UIDAI, according to which if a person misuses the Aadhaar card, he will be fined and can even be sentenced to jail.
If any person tampers with the demographic or biometric information of Aadhaar card, then strict action will be taken against him. After being caught, a fine of ₹ 10000 can be imposed on the accused. At the same time, the accused can also be jailed for up to 3 years.
