Job aspirants be ready, State Bank of India (SBI) may start a new recruitment drive for Probationary Officer (PO) posts. The bank has not released the official notification yet. But, it is expected to be released soon for the 2025 recruitment.

Recruitment will be done through regular online process on the official career portal of the bank sbi.co.in.

As soon as the notification for SBI PO recruitment is released. Apart from the notification, SBI PO Application Form 2024 will also be available.

It is expected that SBI will recruit around 2,000 candidates during this recruitment drive. The PO post is available for applicants aged 21 to 30 years. There is no upper limit on the number of attempts.

SBI PO Recruitment 2025: Selection Process

The selection process for SBI PO (State Bank of India Probationary Officer) consists of several stages: a preliminary exam, a main exam, a psychometric test, group exercises, and an interview.

The SBI PO preliminary exam is conducted online and consists of 100 objective-type questions, categorized into three subjects: English, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning. Each section has its time allocation, and the total duration of the preliminary exam is one hour, carrying a total of 100 marks.

Candidates who clear the SBI preliminary exam will move on to the next stage, which is the main exam. This descriptive test lasts for 30 minutes and is of 50 marks.

The SBI PO group discussion stage carries 20 marks, while the interview round carries 30 marks.

Qualification (Expected)

To apply for the above-mentioned post, the minimum qualification of the candidate should be graduation from a recognized university. You will get more details once the official notification is released.
