Setup UPI account without internet

To make UPI payments without internet, you first need to set up a UPI account with a mobile number linked to your bank account. For this dial *99# on your phone. After that you will have the option to select the language. After selecting language, enter your bank details like bank name and IFSC code.

Then the list of banks will appear in front of you from which you can select your bank. Then enter the last 6 digits of your debit card and the expiry date. This is how to set up your UPI account. Now you can make payments without internet. 

How to make UPI payment without internet
Whenever you want to send money to someone, you need to dial *99#. From the instructions given. After selecting the 'Payment' option, you need to enter the recipient's UPI ID, bank account number or phone number. After that enter the amount and enter your UPI PIN. As soon as you complete this process, the payment will be completed successfully. You will be charged approximately Rs 0.50 for making money transactions using the *99# service. Using this service you can transact up to a maximum of Rs 5,000 at a time.

Pay without internet with UPI Lite
UPI Lite is a great option for payments without internet. You can use this service on PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm or App. A maximum of Rs 2,000 can be paid in a day on UPI Lite. For this first deposit money in UPI Lite wallet, then use it to make payment.
