The bank informed that on Saturday, August 10, many of its financial services will remain closed for 3 hours. Actually, HDFC Bank is going through an important system update, due to which the UPI service will be closed for three hours on August 10, 2024. The bank has informed its crores of customers about this downtime through email or SMS.
The service will not work for these many hours
According to the email sent by the bank to the account holders, UPI service will not work from 02:30 am to 05:30 am on Saturday, August 10, 2024. In such a situation, no transaction can be done through GPay, WhatsApp Pay, Paytm, HDFC Bank app during this time.
Services were shut down for 13 hours on July 11
Let us tell you that for the last few months, HDFC Bank has been continuously updating and upgrading its system to improve its user experience. Earlier on July 13, many services of the bank were closed for about 13 hours.
During this, the bank had said in its statement that the objective of this upgrade is to improve the banking experience of the customers by increasing the performance speed, expanding the capacity for high traffic and promoting overall reliability.
