Bhopal. UIDAI has made a big change in the process of making new Aadhar card. Under this, if people of 18 years or above enroll for Aadhar, they will get the card in a maximum of 6 months. After enrollment in the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), the person will be verified at the national, state and district i.e. local level. From now on, this three-level verification system has been implemented. Actually, now after getting enrolled from the Aadhar Seva Kendra, the person's data will first reach the UIDAI's Bangalore-based data center. From there it will be sent to the capital for verification. After this, it will be sent to the district to the capital. Only after verification at these three levels, the person will be able to get the Aadhar card. The process of verification has been started at the state level and district level.

Changes made due to fake Aadhar cards: The new system has been implemented keeping in view all security aspects. In the first phase of the Aadhar scheme, after enrollment in 2010-11, the people who got their Aadhar cards made, at that time private agencies were also responsible for making Aadhar cards. At that time, enrollments were done on the basis of verbal information given by the applicant. Some of these Aadhar cards were found to be fake. Let us tell you that about 17 cases of fake Aadhar cards were reported in the capital Bhopal itself 5 years ago.
