They can either start taking an early pension at age 50 or wait until age 58 to be eligible for a full pension. There is no minimum age (50 or 58) or 10 years of service to qualify for this pension. After the first child reaches 25 years, the third child also becomes eligible for pension and the first becomes ineligible for pension. As long as only two children (below 25 years) are receiving pension after the death of the member, the same process will continue for the fourth child. In this case too there is no age or minimum service requirement. Even if the member has contributed one month, in case of death the wife and children are eligible for pension.Orphan Pension : When a member dies and is not survived by his wife, both his children below 25 years of age get pension.
