New Delhi EPFO News: If you are an EPFO subscriber then this can be a great news for you. Let us tell you that you can make changes in your profile online. For this you will have to submit the online joint declaration form.
Through this form, you will have to request your employer for changes in the name, address or other information of your EPF profile. Changes in the profile can be made only after the approval of the employer i.e. your company.
For information, let us tell you that the joint declaration form is signed by the employee and the employer. EPF members can make 11 types of changes in their profile through this form. For example, EPF member's name, gender, date of birth, parents' name, relationship, marital status, date of leaving, reason, Aadhaar number etc.
Understand step by step process here
First of all, visit the official website of EPFO, epfoindia.gov.in. Visit at.
After this, you will have to go to the service section and click on the For Employee category.
After this a new webpage https://www.epfindia.gov.in/site_en/For_Employees.php will open.
Visit the Services section of this webpage and click on Member UAN Online Services.
As soon as you select this option, a new webpage opens which is the member interface.
After this you will have to fill UAN, password and captcha. After this click on Manage Options.
As soon as you click, there is an option for joint declaration.
Now you have to enter the member ID and then you will be able to access the details.
You can now upload the documents to make changes. You will see this option.
Once the request is submitted it will be visible in the employer login. An email will be automatically sent to the registered email address of the employer. For information, let us tell you that a member can correct the data of only those member accounts which has been prepared by his/her current employer.
To update the incorrect information entered in the PF accounts of the employees, the employer signs and submits it to the nearby commissioner.
